Shipping and Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange it. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees at the warehouse*.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Products may be opened, but we do not accept completely empty bottles.

Initial shipping costs are not refundable. All amounts are refunded via bank transfer, with returns processed within 14 days of receiving the item at our office.

* The delivery and warehouse handling fee is 5 BGN (2.56 €).
