Shipping & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange it. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full purchase amount, excluding the shipping and warehouse handling fee*.

To request a return, please review the information below and email us at support@aneliecosmetics.com.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt. Products may be opened, but we do not accept completely empty bottles.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All refunds are issued by bank transfer, with return processing completed within 14 days of the item being received at our office.
